We just installed exchange 2003 and we are trying to configure activesync mobile capabilities. We can send and receive in Outlook or Outlook Web Access, but cannot send from a mobile device. The mobile device receives emails but doesn't send them. Anyone know what we might be doing wrong?

maybe your outgoing email server requires authentication. did you check that option?
