Using SE k750i mobile's built in email client, I tried to connect my sancharnet email box. Yes I can read my mail but when I try to send one it say " Sending Fail" why ? I configure it as 1) Incoming server=nmma.sancharnet.in, port=110. 2) Out going server=nmra.sancharnet.in port=25. What could be the problem ?
Please Help me configuring my mobile Email client !?
are you sure you configured it to the right ports also chack to make sure your firewall is letting it out over these ports

Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. Cures range from Update Adobe Flash Player and Javascript to clear IE7 cache, cookies, and browsing history. Different things seem to work for different people. It's causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won't let you do a particular action and some people cannot send recieve delete or move mail. It's not just Vista either it's happening to some of us on XP. I have been advised to use this site to view my mail, www.mail2web.com if all else fails go back to classic mail via this link. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?s... click yes when asked do you want to opt out. "Mobile Email" on AT&T phones no longer works for Yahoo mail?
I think this is because Yahoo started kind of requiring you to sign in with your full email address, as a result of their additions of two other domain names. Mobile Email does not like that, or that is my theory. I can;t log in with just my screen name OR my full email address.
I figured out a partial work around, however. Put in all your info, and as it is trying to sign you in, quit the application. Then you'll receive email alerts, however, you have to cancel out of them and check your mail by other means.
What I am looking for is either a full work around for this phone app, or another generic phone app that can check email. (I've already tried Yahoo Go! it does not work on my phone. However, if anyone knows where I could DL YGo! 2.0 rather than 3.0, that might work.)

I just got T-mobile and I have the Motozine, it has an email feature along with the IM, I know IMs are included in messages, and it says that standard messaging charges apply when I read an email on the phone. Since I have unlimited messages will I get charged anything extra for reading or replying to any email using the email feature? I know you can do it with blackberry type phones but is it possible using a normal mobile? I was told you can access the internet using one but it takes a long time %26amp; costs a fortune.

Prices vary according to the network, so I can't be specific, without knowing which network you want to use. I have a nokia 8800 - on the T-mobile network. My primary email account is Yahoo.co.uk mail and i want the ability to check, and ideally repsond to email using the phone. T-Mobile have a web'n'walk service for web browsing with handsets that support the function, so that would be the conventional way of suing yahoo mail, but the Nokia 8800 does not support web browsing. Ive set up the handset using the guide on the T-Mobile site but i cannot seen to get it to work - it comes up with password incorrect despite re-entering it correct several times....anyone lend a hand??? Thanks in advance!!!

It depends on your Windows Mobile Version. It does NOT up to Windows Mobile v5. So it does not in windows Mobile 2003/2003SE or v5. According to Microsoft, it suppose to in windows Mobile v6 - but it's not really fully relased just yet - only a few devices are out yet, and some "hacked versions" that can run on other models.
Depending on your PocketPC model, you may have a chance to UPGRADE your windows Mobile verison for a small fee soon. Like Hewlett-Packard does with their better PocketPC's the 24xx/27xx and up series.
Other than that you may have to utilize a 3rd party email client for your pocket PC that does, if HTML emails are critical for you.
But in my experience, if you synchronize your Pocket Outlook with your regular Desktop Outlook, it'll convert the HTML emails to regular text emails.

I say it is an affair of the heart, an emotional affair, and takes away from the marital relationship. It is NOT innocent fun, it is not a "game" or harmless entertainment, it is infidelity. To me, it's the SECRECY angle of this activity, as much as any suggestive talk, exchange of photos or even innocent discussion constitutes a betrayal of marriage vows.

Sorry, just part of the glitch!
A member phoned Yahoo! on 11-28-06 and was told this: "We are still working on the bugs of the Yahoo! Beta Mail. The "Session Expired" issue is what we are working on at present".
Thousands are having many different problems with their mail as there are still glitchs that Yahoo! hasn't gotten fixed yet in their new format.
This applies to almost all areas of mail (including signing in, composing, receiving, sending, attachments, photos etc.), messenger, original and beta mail, and search problems, for the last few weeks.
I found this in What's New In Mail:
We鈥檙e wrapping up a few remaining compatibility issues between Yahoo! Mail Beta and the new Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
I suppose everybody knows, BETA means=TESTING?
So, it seems we have to uninstall these two things or try to work around them until they finish wrapping things up.
This is the # 1 way most are GETTING IN MAIL now that I know of for sure:

You need to ring your service provider to set it up- they text you the codes to save in your phone then you reboot by taking battery and sim card out, putting them back in, and then youre good to go- when you ring them ask them to send you the picture message settings too

We just installed exchange 2003 and we are trying to configure activesync mobile capabilities. We can send and receive in Outlook or Outlook Web Access, but cannot send from a mobile device. The mobile device receives emails but doesn't send them. Anyone know what we might be doing wrong?

You can't "delete" it as the iPhone actually is accessing your email account.
You could move the email to a folder(temporary or named) and that would remove it from your inbox screen.

When I received emails before it used to say next to their addresses... save to addresses now it says save as mobil alert. I have no idea what this is and I cant save their emails in my address or contacts. How can I switch it back?

That option is no longer available. Their address should be in the "From" field when you open it or if you click the reply button, their address will be in the "TO" field. Either way, you will need to down and add manually.

If you are using beta version then please switch back to classic version.
To do this login to your yahoo mail and click on “Mail classic” which you can find beside “My Account” on the top of the page. If you still can’t get back to your Mail classic then click on “Trouble logging in?” Once you click on this you will be taken to another page where you can select appropriate link to get back to the Mail classic.
Please clear your browser history, cache, cookies and temporary files. Have a good internet connection and browser too.

No you may not. PUK code is pretty private information. You will need to call the mobile operator directly, through their customer service operators. The customer service officer will usually have to verify your details to ensure that they are giving the PUK code to the true customer. Just insert the PUK code while the customer service officer is on the line with you and try to see if you can log into your cell phone, if your cell phone is blocked and requests for PUK code. If the PUK code doesn't work, you will have to ask for further instructions from the customer service officer.

I'm interested in Apple's mobile me service, but currently I do not have an iphone or ipod touch. So I'm planning to sign up for a trial first to get my .me email name.
I won't be able to get an iphone till the end of the year and the trial is only 60 days.. so I was wondering if anyone knows if they'll keep my .me account till the end of the year or will it get deleted and someone else can create the username I had?
