Have asked him point-blank: R U cheating via mobile email / IM's; he denies, denies, denies, yet it is obvious?

Please read my previous question:

So... time for the private detective? I'd also just LOVE to get some REALLY, REALLY good payback ideas? THANKS!
Have asked him point-blank: R U cheating via mobile email / IM's; he denies, denies, denies, yet it is obvious?
Wow! You asked via text! Super job! Why would you do that? You have no way of catching the subtle body movements/facial expression or telltale lying ticks if you don't do it in person. Of course he denied it - who wouldn't? It's not like he has to look into your face and tell you lie...if you want an answer than pony up and confront him face-to-face.
Reply:I don't think you have proof so if you can afford a PI, then get one so you will know one way or another.
Reply:Screw the private investigator.

File for the divorce and give the lawyer all the text records, etc from the phone company.

Hubby is using the old politician defense;

"Deny everything, admit nothing".

You hit the nail directly on the head with the 'if it's so innocent why is it being kept a secret'.

Funny...if I were on the jury I'd be asking the same question and if I were his divorce lawyer I'd be hard pressed to come up with a believable answer.

You have him by the balls. Now go for the throat.
Reply:Give me a break. If you are SOOO confident that he is cheating on you, then you should have enough self respect to kick his *** to the curb.

If you're not willing to do that, then you're probably just being insecure and he's being secretive because you're so high strung he can't even be friends with someone of the opposite sex without you freaking out over it so he tries to hide it. Doesn't make it right, but it's probably what's happening.

So leave his ***, or shut up about it.
Reply:I definitely think it's time for private detective! Also, if you can get his phone away from him while he's asleep- send the tramp so not so flattering pics of him!
Reply:Yes, I would recommend hiring a private investigator.
Reply:If you can get access to his cell phone while he's in the shower or something, take it and delete questionable numbers. Most men are too dependent on their contact manager to remember phone numbers. Then if you have Verizon, you can get parental controls put on his phone to block her phone number from contacting him or from him contacting her. It's $4.95 a month, but may be worth it. If he's acting like a child who wants to keep secrets from his mommy, it's time to treat him like a child.
Reply:MrsP, my wife 1 upped you, she maxed out the cards and did the cheating!
Reply:catch a cheating spouse
Reply:the best payback is DIVORCE

that shows him you are not stupid, you have a backbone and you are not going to be treated this way. so the best payback is telling him you are stuck with HER and he probably don't want her!

That'll stop him!!!!!!!!!
Reply:Show him the phone records its all there. Go shopping told my husband he couldn't afford to leave me if he cheated I'd charge his cards to the max and get more.
Reply:Ok, how is it so "obvious" that your husband is doing this? And if you really wanna know there is something you can get that tracks his every move on the computer. Not really sure what a Private Detective will do since you claim it's all thru email/im etc... and the only "payback" idea that comes to mind is leaving his sorry cheating ***.
