Can i recivce a puk code by sending a email to the mobile operator?
No you may not. PUK code is pretty private information. You will need to call the mobile operator directly, through their customer service operators. The customer service officer will usually have to verify your details to ensure that they are giving the PUK code to the true customer. Just insert the PUK code while the customer service officer is on the line with you and try to see if you can log into your cell phone, if your cell phone is blocked and requests for PUK code. If the PUK code doesn't work, you will have to ask for further instructions from the customer service officer.
