Please tell me how i can send an image using multimedia or email in my mobile to my laptop. I tried using both but it said "no packet data availible". What is that ? And how can i use it..im using nokia so it would be helpful to mention what info i have to fill in (the email and password etc).

Call customer care and explain your problem. Then ask to make sure you have the correct MMS settings in your phone and that MMS is set up right on your account.
