Set up mobile email?!?

i have an LG KS360





it asks for:





email address (i know this one)





user ID (it gives me my email name thingy, no problem)





mailbox type? POP3 or IMAP4....what





incoming server address? IP address or host name of your incoming (POP3 or IMAP4) mail server





account title (k my name?)





what goes in some of these things! PLEASE HELP





password (make one up or use my server's password)
